The duck soup is served first, simmered to a milky white, filled with baby bok choy and tender tofu, very fresh and fragrant; The roast duck needs no introduction, it was gobbled up as soon as it arrived. The spicy duck frame may not have much meat, but it's fried to a crispy perfection, after all, it's the flavor that counts. Sour and Spicy Fish Maw 🐟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is my second favorite! The owner says it's the fish maw part, with a crispy texture, sour and spicy, very appetizing, could go with several bowls of rice. Crab Roe Tofu 🫕 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫 Each piece of soft tofu is coated with a rich sauce, it's simply perfect mixed with rice. Maoxuewang (Spicy Sichuan Dish) 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫 A collection of hot pot must-haves: tripe, spam, yellow throat, duck blood, bean sprouts, and unexpectedly, the fatty intestines which I haven't had in a long time, a rice companion. Beef Brisket with Small Potatoes 🥘 🌟🌟🌟🌟 You can tell it's been stewed for a long time!
