Martha’s Country Bakery 🍃🌸 A classic American bakery known for its gigantic cakes. They’re so big that one person really can’t finish them. I was really tempted by the Mississippi Mud, but considering the size, I went with the Napoleon that many people recommended (and I still didn’t finish it). The strawberries are really large and blend well with the custard cream. The puff pastry remains crispy and doesn’t get soggy. Overall, I’d still recommend it. 🍃🌸 Katz’s Delicatessen I eventually saved a meal for the pastrami sandwich. Since I don’t like tough meat, I chose the pastrami sandwich with Reuben sauce. It comes with brisket, sauerkraut, and melted cheese. The portion of meat is really generous. It felt like they gave me an entire slice of brisket. 🍃🌸 The sandwich is so thick that you can’t bite through it in one go. I was full after eating just half of it, but thinking about the price, I forced myself to finish it (and I was so full that I couldn’t eat anything the next day). 🍃🌸 #RandomWanderingDay #NewYorkFood 🌃🌟
