New York Foodie | Michelin-Recommended Thai Restaurant (2)๐
โจ Main Courses Pad Mhee Ko Rad โโ Similar to Pad Thai but with a richer, saltier, and spicier flavor. It looks simple but is incredibly addictive, especially paired with mung bean sprouts for a refreshing crunch! ๐ Drunken Noodle with Chicken โโ I didnโt expect much since itโs such a common dish, but it exceeded my expectations! The cooking was spot-on, perfectly capturing the essence of wok hei (the unique flavor from stir-frying). The noodles were freshly cooked, chewy, and delicious! The highlight was the fresh, tender Sichuan peppercorns, which Iโve never seen in this dish before. Surprisingly, they didnโt add much numbing flavor. โจ Dessert Thai Tea Lava Cake โโ A lava cake with Thai milk tea sauce. Itโs true to Thai cuisineโs bold flavors, with an extremely sweet milk tea sauce that makes the accompanying vanilla ice cream feel extra refreshing. ๐ Itโs indulgent but oh-so-delicious! ๐ซ ๐ Summary: We played it safe and ordered dishes with at most medium spice, but they were already quite spicy! Spicy food lovers will be thrilled, but if youโre not a fan, be sure to check with the waiter. There were many interesting dishes we didnโt get to try, so this is definitely a place worth visiting again! ๐ TONG Address: 321 Starr Street, Brooklyn, NY #RespectToThisMeal #NYCFoodie #Brooklyn ๐๐
