New York Foodie | Michelin-Recommended Thai Restaurant (2)๐ŸŒŸ

โœจ Main Courses Pad Mhee Ko Rad โ€”โ€” Similar to Pad Thai but with a richer, saltier, and spicier flavor. It looks simple but is incredibly addictive, especially paired with mung bean sprouts for a refreshing crunch! ๐Ÿœ Drunken Noodle with Chicken โ€”โ€” I didnโ€™t expect much since itโ€™s such a common dish, but it exceeded my expectations! The cooking was spot-on, perfectly capturing the essence of wok hei (the unique flavor from stir-frying). The noodles were freshly cooked, chewy, and delicious! The highlight was the fresh, tender Sichuan peppercorns, which Iโ€™ve never seen in this dish before. Surprisingly, they didnโ€™t add much numbing flavor. โœจ Dessert Thai Tea Lava Cake โ€”โ€” A lava cake with Thai milk tea sauce. Itโ€™s true to Thai cuisineโ€™s bold flavors, with an extremely sweet milk tea sauce that makes the accompanying vanilla ice cream feel extra refreshing. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Itโ€™s indulgent but oh-so-delicious! ๐Ÿซ ๐ŸŒŸ Summary: We played it safe and ordered dishes with at most medium spice, but they were already quite spicy! Spicy food lovers will be thrilled, but if youโ€™re not a fan, be sure to check with the waiter. There were many interesting dishes we didnโ€™t get to try, so this is definitely a place worth visiting again! ๐Ÿ“ TONG Address: 321 Starr Street, Brooklyn, NY #RespectToThisMeal #NYCFoodie #Brooklyn ๐ŸŒƒ๐ŸŒŸ
