New York Foodie Adventure: Softbite | Soufflé Pancakes 🥧

🌿I ended up at Softbite | Soufflé Pancakes because the line at Vert Frais next door was way too long. 🚫🚶‍♂️ Honestly, I still don't get why places like this are so popular. Maybe it's just not my vibe. 🤷‍♂️ 🦐 Their signature soufflé pancakes were decent. They reminded me of the ones I had years ago on the streets of Guangzhou. Same nostalgic taste! 🥧 🌿I ordered the avocado shrimp salad mainly because everything else looked overpriced for what it was. This one, at just over ten bucks, seemed more reasonable. 🥬 It was pretty basic: a few shrimp with black pepper and salt, half an avocado, lettuce, and apple as the base, with some Japanese sesame dressing on top. 🥑 🦐 These two places in LIC are just all show and no substance.
