Pig's Trotter Rice Noodle + Braised Beef Short Rib Rice Noodle 1⃣️ Pig's Trotter Rice Noodle: 🎢🌟 Two large pieces of pig's trotter, one piece was enough to fill me up. 🌺The trotter seemed to be five-spice flavored, well-seasoned, with soft yet firm skin that had a slight crunch to it—absolutely loved it! I initially went for the naked noodle, but they only had pig's trotter rice noodle, not the naked noodle. When the rice noodle arrived, I realized that the Chaozhou rice noodle is similar to the naked noodle from Yong'an, Fujian, and also quite like the chewy pot-edge porridge. 🎢🌟 It was simply perfect! The broth was clear yet flavorful, which I really enjoyed. It had all the essence in taste without being heavy, so it wasn't greasy. I drank it all up, hehe～ 🌺 #NewYork
