—————— 🥗 Appetizers: 🩶Minnesota Foie Gras This dish is incredibly stunning! The foie gras melts in your mouth, filling your senses with the rich aroma of fat. After finishing, you'll be wiping your mouth and still craving more. Please order individually, do not share. 🩶Cape Cod Sea Scallops 🩶Ozark Rabbit Salad The meat is so tender, it doesn't seem like rabbit at all. 🩶Provence White Asparagus 🥘 Main Courses: 🩶Elysian Fields Farm Lamb With the waiter's recommendation, I chose medium doneness. The lamb is full of flavor, with a beautiful pink color. The scent of the mint jelly is overwhelming. A bit more sauce would be perfect. 🩶New Brunswick Halibut It gets full marks for presentation, shaped like a cream cake. The buttermilk sauce on top is smooth and delicate, perfectly complementing the firm halibut meat. (The overall taste of the dish is on the lighter side.) 🩶Roasted Veal Chops Scharbauer Ranch Beef 🍮 Desserts: Peruvian Aprurimac Chocolate A must-order! The chocolate mousse ice cream part on top is incredibly smooth. It's accompanied by a tangy raspberry sauce to cut through the richness, all on a solid coconut butter cookie base.
