New York French Restaurant: 15 EAST@ Tocqueville
As the year-end approaches, the holiday atmosphere in New York grows thicker. On Friday night, I dined at 15 East and tried their new Holiday Season tasting menu with seven courses, which was truly delightful. Each dish was delicious! The restaurant continued its excellent performance, and the romantic ambiance of the decor made it perfect for year-end dates and celebrations 💯 ❤️ Sea Urchin Pasta: This plate was truly unforgettable! The sea urchin was incredibly fresh and sweet, paired with Angel Hair pasta and a very creamy sauce, it was exquisite! ❤️ Maine Lobster Rice: The lobster meat had a tender and bouncy texture, served with purple rice and Thai curry sauce, offering a rich layer of flavors. ❤️ Dry-Aged Duck Breast + Pan-Seared Foie Gras: The slightly smoked duck breast had a fantastic texture, and when paired with the intensely fragrant pan-seared foie gras, it's irresistible! Additionally, the duck confit pastry was also very tasty! This dish exudes holiday vibes! ❤️ Sea Bass: The ingredients were very refreshing, seasoned with scallions and mushrooms, which were very fresh. #NewYork #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFun #HiddenGemRestaurant #NewYorkFoodExplorer #ManhattanNYCFood #NewYorkFrenchCuisine #NewYorkRomanticFrenchRestaurant
