New York French-Vietnamese Fusion Restaurant: Brasserie VietNam
Last Friday night, I visited my private treasure trove of a restaurant again! Located in the West Village, I've been thinking about it ever since my last visit, so I planned another trip! This place offers a unique French-Vietnamese fusion cuisine, and after dining here twice, I truly believe it's excellent, with a very high cost-performance ratio~ ❤️ Crab Meat Fried Rice: Served with a crab shell, it's oddly adorable~The fried rice is filled with plenty of crab meat, overall fresh, fragrant, and slightly spicy, it's impossible to stop eating 💯 ❤️ Beef Ribs Vietnamese Noodle Soup: Can't believe a bowl of Vietnamese noodles for $20 comes with such a large piece of beef rib, the value for money is off the charts~The Short Rib is stewed to perfection and very flavorful, love it~ ❤️ Whole Squid: I tried this on my latest visit, it's smooth, tender, and elastic, dipped in the seafood sauce, it's refreshing and appetizing~ ❤️ Red Wine Braised Beef: The beef is braised to a soft and tender level, and the crispy bread sticks served with it for dipping in the beef juice are exceptional. #100RestaurantExplorationPlan #NewYork #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFun #FrenchCuisine #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExplorer #ManhattanNYCFood
