🌟I recently visited Fulgurances in New York, and it was an interesting experience! 🌇 On the day I went, the chef from Atoboy was rotating in, which added an extra layer of excitement. 🎉 The first course was a real treat! The salad was fresh and vibrant, with a perfect balance of flavors that really woke up my taste buds. And the little bread rolls? They were heavenly—soft, warm, and perfectly baked. 🥪 🥗But as the meal progressed, things kind of fell apart a bit. The main course didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the first course. It felt like the flavors were a bit off, and the presentation wasn’t as impressive. 😅 🌟Overall, it was a mixed experience.
