Last night, I visited Fushimi in Times Square, and it was an unforgettable experience! ๐ ๐We started with a half-dozen oysters and sea urchin. The oysters were incredibly fresh, with a briny flavor that just melted in your mouth. The sea urchin was equally amazing, creamy and rich, with a hint of sweetness that made every bite a delight. ๐ฆ Next up was the salmon in four ways. Each preparation was unique and showcased the versatility of this amazing fish. From sashimi that was melt-in-your-mouth tender to a perfectly seared version with a crispy skin, every bite was a revelation. ๐ฃ ๐ But the star of the night was the dry-aged steak. Even though itโs a Japanese restaurant, their dry-aged steak is out of this world! Itโs tender, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection. Each bite was like a journey through a world of taste sensations. ๐ The decor of the restaurant is also something you have to experience.
