New York Gastronomy: Atomix π
The main course started with Wagyu π Short Rib. The beef short rib paired with abalone below was incredibly delicious and satisfying! π The combination of flavors was just perfect. Alongside, we had pears π and tea π΅ which added a refreshing touch, cutting through the richness. Then came a whole piece of Black Cod π. The white radish kimchi underneath was so flavorful, and with the generous portion of caviar on top, it looked and tasted absolutely luxurious! π¦ The yuzu cocktail served with it was both beautiful and delicious, with a sweet and tangy flavor that complemented the dish perfectly. πΈ The grand finale was the lamb. The meat was tender and flavorful, with a nice chew to it. It was served with peanut noodles π which were out of this worldβso, so good! π The gin cocktail that was paired with this dish was my favorite drink of the night. I couldn't stop sipping it! π₯€ The dessert that concluded the meal was amazing. It was black matcha ice cream π¨ with profiteroles, chocolate, and matcha waffles π§. The flavors were so rich and delightful.
