New York Gramercy Tavern Michelin 1-Star Lunch Menu (1)🌟
🦞It seems like I went during the Restaurant Week at the end of January. It’s been a while... I guess I’ll have to revisit and review again after I’ve cleared my backlog of the past two months’ dining experiences. Haha, I’m really looking forward to it! 🌟 Appetizer: Lobster Salad The lobster was poached just a tiny bit over, but the seasoning was spot-on. The addition of fish roe and sliced vegetables really enhanced the texture. It was a high-scoring appetizer, refreshing and appetizing. 🦞 🌃 Main Course 1: Lamb Chop 🦞The lamb chop was amazing, cooked to a perfect medium, and incredibly tender. The seasoning included deglazing with cream and red wine, and there seemed to be a hint of bamboo shoots, which was a nice touch of creativity. The plating and seasoning were both very solid. 🍖 Main Course 2: Fried Pork Chop with Mushroom Gravy and Vinegar 🌃 When my dining companion ordered this, I was quite surprised. Wouldn’t it be too greasy? After placing the order, she regretted not choosing the skirt steak instead. I suggested she could still add it, but I personally wouldn’t go for the skirt steak. Haha, that cut just isn’t meant for steak. 🐖 🦞 #NewYork #RestaurantReview 🍔
