Usually, creamy pasta has a very strong and somewhat greasy cream flavor. But here, the cream sauce is lighter, with just the right amount of dairy flavor that doesn't overpower the dish. It really highlights the freshness of the clams. The shrimp were very fresh, perfectly cooked with just the right amount of grill, and the texture was very chewy and satisfying. 🍲 NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER New England Clam Chowder $12.45 🍔Some posts claim this is the number one New England Clam Chowder in New York. I thought it was a bit salty at first bite, but after a few more tastes, it was okay, not amazing though. There's another Manhattan Clam Chowder which is tomato-based. #NewYorkFood #NewYorkOysters 🦪
