The quality of the meat is top-notch, with tender slices that melt in your mouth. If you’re feeling fancy, you can spend an extra $9 to add bone marrow, but honestly, the pho is so good on its own that I think it’s unnecessary. 🍖 🌿 NPY always recommends the crispy bread here. Turns out, it’s just our beloved youtiao (fried dough sticks), but they’re pretty good when soaked in the soup.
