New York Has No Better Uni Rice! 🤩

Never thought I could find such amazing uni rice in NYC—and at a Spanish restaurant! The portions here aren’t huge, but I love being able to try a little of everything. The server suggested ordering 10 dishes for four people, which felt just right. 🍤 Fried Shrimp Looked super simple, almost like a snack, but tasted incredible! The shrimp were plump and juicy inside, with a perfectly crispy shell. Paired with their dipping sauce, it was so appetizing! 🐙 Pulpo Probably the most photogenic dish, but the flavor wasn’t as memorable. Thinly sliced octopus—tasty, but not a must-order unless you’re after pics. 🦑 Squid Refreshing and light! The squid was cut into noodle-like strips with a lovely chewy texture. A great starter. 🐟 Double Pil Pil The fish was incredibly tender! Though the portion was small (just one bite each), it melted in the mouth. 🐮 Morros Absolutely stunning beef cheek!! Tender, rich, and perfectly seasoned—not too salty. A must-order, trust me! 🍛 Arroz Meloso The star of the show—that amazing uni rice! Every bite was rich and flavorful, with a distinct uni taste. The rice had a firm texture I love. Highly recommend! 🥩 Steak Not sure of the full name, but it was solid—cooked medium-rare. Tasty, though the beef cheek still won my heart. 🍨 Flan Batido We expected something cake-like, but it was a light mousse topped with thick, non-cloying cream and chocolate mousse underneath. Each spoonful blended creamy and chocolatey notes perfectly. So good! This was one of the most impressive meals I’ve had recently—absolutely loved it! Pretty affordable for such a lovely dining experience. Txikito Price: ~$70 per person #NYC #Food #NYCFood #NYCLife #NYCDining #SpanishFood #UniRice #Txikito
