New York Hidden Gem: Creative Korean Cuisine at Osamil | Bar (1)🍖
Osamil 💰 Per Person: $50-70 📍 5 W 31st St, New York, NY 10001 I finally visited this place I’ve been saving in my list for months! It turns out to be a bar, but the food and drinks are both excellent, and the service is really nice. They mainly offer creative Korean dishes, and a few of them were quite surprising. I’ll definitely be back! The bar opens at 5 pm, so I recommend making a reservation in advance on Google Maps. 📅 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Baby Octopus: Spicy Sauce Baby Octopus—universally acknowledged as the best dish of the night!👍🏼 It comes with cabbage, onions, and crispy fried dough? Mixing it all together is super delicious, a bit heavy on the flavor, perfect for a meal or a drink. The sauce can also be used to dip their pig’s trotters. 😋 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Kimchi Fried Rice & Steak: Their signature dish. The steak is cooked to a perfect medium-rare, very tender. The fried rice is based on traditional kimchi fried rice but sprinkled with some everything-bagel-style toppings. Couldn’t help but finish a big bowl! 🍔 #NewYork #HiddenGems 🌊
