New York Hidden Gem: The Driver's Diner (1)๐ŸŒŸ

In the Lower East Side of New York, I stumbled upon an incredibly authentic driver's diner! It felt like stepping right into the world of "Reply 1988." The menu is simple, which is a blessing for anyone with decision fatigue! ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ ๐Ÿ™๏ธ As soon as you walk in, vintage fans and old TVs transport you back to the 1980s. "Kisa," meaning driver's diner, is a concept that started in ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ท Korea in the 80s, offering taxi drivers quick, satisfying, and hearty meals. The focus here is on authenticity and generous portions! ๐Ÿ’ฐ ๐Ÿƒ We ordered two sets, each for $32, and left completely full. The food is served on retro stainless steel trays, surrounded by a variety of side dishes. It's a feast! ๐ŸŒŠ Even the picky southerner was happily digging in. This place, focused on a few well-made dishes, won his heart. The lunch menu is different, and it's already on our list for a return visit! ๐Ÿณ ๐ŸŽข Spicy Squid Stir-Fry Set ๐ŸŒธ The squid is perfectly chewy and flavorful, cooked just right. The sweet and spicy sauce is incredibly addictive! The portion is generous, making it a satisfying meal. ๐Ÿฆ‘ #NewYork ๐ŸŒ‡
