🦑 Squid Dumplings – A must-order every time. For me, this is the most talented and accurate variation of Chinese dumplings by a non-Chinese chef. The sauce is a perfect blend of chili oil and Zhenjiang vinegar. The squid acts as the dumpling wrapper, and the filling is seasoned with cilantro, parsley, and cumin. Bold and brilliant! 🦑 🧈 Morel and Scallops Tonight – The butter sauce with a touch of tangy Meyer lemon was so good I wanted to lick the plate clean. 🍽️ 🍫 Chocolate Mousse – Still simple yet sophisticated. Always a delight. 🍫 After three visits, I have to say that it’s truly commendable how Penny maintains such a high level of execution while still updating their menu regularly. 👍 💸 The only downside is the hit to my wallet, but there’s nothing to complain about otherwise.
