New York Hidden Gem (1)

Korean + Louisiana Fusion Magic I discovered a 4.9-star hidden gem in Midtown East! There are so many fusion cuisines in New York, but Korean + Louisiana is a first for me. The name of the restaurant, Kjun (Cajun), speaks for itself. 🌟 They gave us a P2 appetizer, which was really thoughtful – it was a block of tofu. 🍲 The Green Tomato & Okra Kimchi πŸ… (green tomato and okra kimchi) – I was thinking why kimchi isn't complimentary and needs to be purchased separately... but it's so tangy and juicy, super refreshing and appetizing. It outshines many Korean side dishes and kimchi, truly worth a try! They also gave us butter and honey with Cornbread – a delightful carb bomb! πŸ₯ͺ I forgot the names of the two drinks, but I remember every table had the one with cream on top. You can't go wrong with any choice here. πŸ₯€ The Crawfish Kimbap 🦞 (seaweed rice roll with crawfish meat) is indeed more expensive, but it's worth it. It's the seasonal special, and it tastes just as I imagined! 🌺 πŸ“Midtown East, New York #NewYorkHiddenGems #FusionCuisine πŸŒ†πŸŒΏ
