🌟 Sardine Toast 🌟 Crispy Maitake Mushroom Tempesta Mortadella 🌟 Potato Dumplings In the small plates section, the signature Sardine Toast is absolutely perfect! 💯 The smoked butter and yuzu pepper seasoning are incredibly unique. The crispy maitake mushroom tastes like black garlic fried chicken—it's so aromatic! The third dish, the mortadella on sourdough, is just average, but the sourdough itself is delicious. The fourth dish looks like gnocchi pasta, but the texture is like mochi—super chewy and bouncy. The side dishes of peas and bamboo shoots are very spring-like. 🌿 Lumache and Spring Snail Ragu 🌟 Halibut I loved both main dishes. The snail ragu with lumache pasta is delicious and unique, with a refreshing taste when paired with crispy vegetables. Why did I only give the halibut a star? It's because after enjoying the pasta, my friend and I felt like we needed some hearty meat. 🍖 The halibut is tender and flavorful, and the accompanying raspberry sauce adds a rich layer of taste. 🌟 Choux Craquelin Chocolate Ganache Tart The dessert choux craquelin is amazing! They occasionally switch up the flavors; recently, it was raspberry, with light and smooth cream. The chocolate ganache tart is also delicious, though it doesn't stand out as exceptional. #NewYork 🌃🌟
