The overall cuisine here is not light; if you prefer a bit of a heavier flavor, this place is perfect for you. ① FUSILLI AMATRICIANA with PAPPARDELLE CASALINGA Pasta ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PAPPARDELLE is their most traditional and highly recommended pasta, but since we were in the mood for meat sauce, we opted for another recommended traditional pasta, FUSILLI AMATRICIANA. The grandfatherly figure recommended that the AMATRICIANA sauce would pair wonderfully with the PAPPARDELLE wide noodles, so we decided to mix and match. The result was a slightly spicy tomato meat sauce pasta with an incredible texture! 🍝 ② ALLA SORRENTINA ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Featuring eggplant, ham, tomatoes, and white wine.
