New York Hidden Gem Vietnamese-French Fusion
The food scene in New York's West Village is incredibly diverse, and the French-Vietnamese fusion cuisine is truly unique. I've visited this place several times and always enjoyed it. Hearing that they recently changed chefs, I came back after work to check it out. The entire meal was fantastic, especially the springtime beef marrow fried rice, which was incredibly fragrant and a chef's special!π β€ Springtime Beef Marrow Fried Rice: Living up to its status as a chef's special, this dish is presented in a large pot that's visually pleasing. Besides the two main beef bones, it's garnished with cherry tomatoes, sausages, and various vegetables, exuding a full spring atmosphere! The marrow inside the beef bones is incredibly large, and mixing it into the fried rice elevates the taste to a whole new level!π β€ Skate Wing & Scallop: The fish fillet is tender and delicious, and the accompanying sauce is refreshing with a unique fragrance of Vietnamese fruits. The pan-seared scallops are also cooked just right!π β€ Steak & Fries: As a traditional dish, it's a safe choice that doesn't disappoint. The steak is cooked to perfection and pairs exceptionally well with the egg sauce!π #NewYork #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFunAndDine #FrenchCuisine #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExploration #ManhattanFoodNYC #NewYorkFoodRecommendations #FrenchRestaurantsInNewYork ### name:Brasserie VietNam address:282 Bleecker St, New York, NY 10014 type:place ###
