🥢 The Seasonal Tasting at night was an absolute delight! The uni don was super satisfying, especially after I added extra portions. 🌟The chef mentioned it was Hokkaido sea urchin, which melted in my mouth like creamy butter. As a sea urchin lover, I was overjoyed and couldn't get enough of it! 🦀 🍶 The fig tempura with its sauce (a bit like sweet sesame sauce) was a fantastic combination. It preserved the soft texture of the figs, creating a delightful contrast. Paired with plum wine, it was simply perfect! 🍵 The soup was very refreshing, but the eel sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. It reminded me of Shanghainese cuisine (which I also love, so no complaints there). 🌟 But honestly, I can't remember what else I ate after that because I started to feel the jet lag and began to zone out. 😴 #NewYork 🌇
