New York | Hiyake Yakiniku Bar - Williamsburg
👏It's a delightful surprise to find such a high-quality Japanese BBQ restaurant hidden in Williamsburg. The restaurant may not be spacious, but its Japanese-style decor is perfect for photos. The A5 Miyazaki Wagyu beef is excellent, and the foie gras, sea urchin, and seafood are all incredibly fresh! The dining experience truly feels like it's at the top tier of Japanese BBQ in New York 💯 👏We ordered the $68 American Wagyu beef set and the $168 A5 Miyazaki Wagyu beef set, both of which were well worth the price! I absolutely love the sensation of the freshly grilled Wagyu beef's fat melting on the tongue, paired with shiso leaves and sea urchin, or with lemon zest and scallion strands, both are fantastic! 👏In addition to several portions of Wagyu beef, the other dishes in the set are also visually appealing and delicious! The Wagyu and sea urchin Tartare, as well as the foie gras and Wagyu beef toast, are on par with Michelin-starred restaurants! The Wagyu and sea urchin caviar rice, sweet shrimp scallops, Wagyu beef hand rolls, and Kumamoto oysters are all incredibly tasty too 😍 The value for money is very impressive. #TodaysDinner #TastySpringOutingRoutes #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExploration #NewYorkJapaneseCuisine #NewYorkTastyJapaneseFood
