New York Island Cycling 🗽

😎Governor’s Island Take the Manhattan subway all the way down to South Ferry in NYC. Once you get off, just hop on the ferry, and in five minutes, you’re on the island! 🗽 No one even checks tickets. 🚢 The island offers an amazing view where you can see the Statue of Liberty. 🗽 (Though it’s not as big as in the pictures; that’s with the camera zoomed all the way in.) 😎 Blazing Saddles Bike Rentals On the day I went, it was a Jewish holiday, and the island was bustling with people renting bikes. 🗽The most popular single go-kart was all booked up, but it’s probably much quieter on a regular day. 😎The island is pretty small, and it only takes about half an hour to cycle around. You can stop anytime to take photos. On a sunny day, it’s best to wear sunglasses; otherwise, you won’t be able to keep your eyes open. 😎 🗽 #NewYork #ThingsToDoInNewYork #GovernorsIsland
