The ambiance at Ci Siamo is amazing, but... π Itβs way too salty! Especially the CAVATELLI ALLO SCOGLIO! This tomato and crab meat pasta is highly recommended by many, and it looks quite unique, but I really donβt understand why itβs so salty. π The CARAMELIZED ONION TORTA is also quite salty. A small piece is enough. The soft cheese flavor is very strong. π₯§ π The WOOD-FIRED WHOLE TROUT is actually pretty good. The fish meat is tender and not too salty. The stuffed roasted mustard greens and pine nuts inside the fish belly, paired with the dipping sauce, are quite special! π π Ci Siamo Itβs very close to Hudson Yards, and the environment is truly great, perfect for a date!
