New York Izakaya | Lucky Cat š±
Remember that day with super heavy rain and super strong winds? My friend and I wanted to visit the famous jazz bar Tomi Jazz, which Xu Guanghan is said to have waited in line for hours. We arrived at 4 p.m. for a 5 p.m. opening, only to find a line that was already tens of meters long! š§ļøšØ š» Is it really necessary to wait in line for hours for a jazz bar in such extreme weather?! After checking, it seems no high-level jazz musicians were performing. š So we turned around and went to the izakaya across the street, Lucky Cat. š± We ordered a few random dishes, and they were all pretty good. Two people can't try too many dishes, but the tonkotsu shoyu ramen, grilled squid, and curry rice were all quite nice. š„¹ However, the staff kept rushing us, asking about buying drinks, ordering, eating, and paying several times. It really felt a bit annoying. š It seems this place is only suitable for drinking and chatting, getting a bit tipsy. š» #NewYork š
