New York | Japanese Restaurant Sushi Lin Soho
The weather was perfect for a weekend stroll down the streets of Soho, where I discovered a quaint Japanese restaurant. Tucked away under the soft greenery of early summer, the place exudes a peaceful and timeless atmosphere. Though the restaurant doesn't have many seats, the quality of their Omakase is impressive, making it an excellent value Omakase contender in Manhattan. ❤️ Red Snapper from Hokkaido and Japanese Oysters Started with a refreshing note, the flavors were light and bright, with prominent yuzu and lemon elements, perfect for the current season. ❤️ Black Truffle Tuna and Char-grilled Tomato Salmon Melt-in-your-mouth and rich in umami and healthy fats, it was a delightful surprise to taste such innovative presentations. It felt like standing on the shoulders of giants, and I really appreciated the novelty built upon traditional foundations. ❤️ Fresh Milk Pudding for the final course, but it's bursting with happiness! The milky aroma is abundant, and the taste is not overly sweet or greasy. #LocalFavorites #AtmosphereRestaurantGuide #520AtmosphereRestaurantGuide #USATravelGuide #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExploration
