❤️ Tuna Ribbons: Creative fusion at its best! The tuna is sliced into long strips, arranged like ramen noodles, and dipped in a mix of avocado and chili oil below. The combination is surprisingly harmonious. 🍣 🧡 Diver Scallops: The scallops are quite tender, but the sauce is a bit salty. 🦀 💛 Young Garlic Soup: The frog legs with the soup don’t really have much aroma; it’s quite average. 🍲 💛 Black Sea Bass: The fish is okay, but the white wine cream soup feels a bit odd. 🐟 ❤️ Lobster Tartine: The lobster is fresh and bouncy—really good! 🦞 🧡 Squab: The pigeon has crispy skin and tender meat, but by this point, I was already too full. 🐔 🧡 Chocolate: The ice cream is delicious, but I couldn’t finish the chocolate lava cake and had to pack it. It tasted pretty average when I ate it the next day from the fridge. 🍫 🧡 Anniversary Chocolate Mousse Cake: I blew out a candle and packed it too... It’s decent. 🎂 💛 Dessert Cart: The champagne gummy bears are yummy, the chocolate is okay, and the macarons are not that great. 🍬 🧡 They also gifted two large boxes of almond pound cake at the end.
