New York JW Marriott Essex House - Slightly Disappointed π
πΈπFamily Travel Experience by an 80+ State-Owned Senior Hotel Enthusiast Recommendation Rating: 3 Stars π π Location: I chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to Central Park and Carnegie Hall, making it convenient to return to the hotel after a concert. πΈπThe nearby subway station also makes shopping a breeze. π¨ Check-In: The check-in process was a bit chaotic. There was no one to help with the luggage at the entrance, nor did anyone deliver the bags to the room. This didn't quite meet my expectations for a JW Marriott. ποΈ Room: Given the high prices of hotels in New York, I didn't have high expectations for the room. It was small, and the view from the window was nothing special. However, the most unacceptable thing was the loud noise from the air conditioner, which disturbed my sleep at night. π½οΈ Dining: The breakfast was quite substantial, and I had a pleasant experience with a late-night snack at the hotel bar. There are several Starbucks nearby, but for some reason, each one had a long line. πΈπ If I visit New York again, I would probably try a different hotel. Feel free to recommend some! #HotelReview π¨
