New York K-Town BBQ: Howoo Check-In 🍖

I’m here to check out the newly opened BBQ place, Howoo. The last time I left New York, Nubiani was still a new spot, and now there’s another sister BBQ restaurant right on the street. 🌟 The interior of the restaurant is really refined, and they even have a coat check at the entrance for your outerwear. We arrived pretty early, and there wasn’t a hint of BBQ smoke inside. However, the seating arrangement is a bit odd—it feels like an upscale version of a Nanjing street food stall😳. The tables are large but placed very close together, and the chairs are high-backed benches that might leave ladies dangling their feet off the ground. 🎢 In Picture 2, we ordered the Elite Package. The restaurant seems to focus on set meals, and the prices on the menu have increased by 6%-8% compared to what’s shown on Google Maps. If you pay in cash, it’s a bit cheaper, and there’s even an ATM inside the restaurant. The meat in the package is top-notch, and even the non-Wagyu cuts are super impressive, especially the last two marinated meats that were grilled to a crispy, aromatic perfection. 🌺 If you’re not into fatty meats, the Prime Package should also be delicious and less oily. The set meal is definitely filling. The ginkgo nuts in the side dishes are yummy, and the cold noodles have a Korean-style broth, not the North Korean version. 🍃 Overall, I highly recommend it. After dining, we left early, and our hair didn’t have that BBQ smoky smell. #KoreanBBQ #NYCDining 🌟
