New York Korean cuisine late-night paradise--Tosokchon Restaurant NYC
1️⃣ Mixed Beef Knee Joint (Dogani Muchim): This is amazing! I used to often order pig's trotters, but this time I found that the beef knee joint has a similar soft, chewy, and glutinous texture, but it's less greasy. The seasoning is also very appetizing. 2️⃣ Spicy Braised Pork Ribs (Spicy Pork Galbi Jjim): As someone who loves sweet and spicy flavors, I was captivated in an instant! It comes with three large, tender ribs, and the glass noodles are smooth and delicious. 3️⃣ Ginseng Chicken Soup (Samgyetang): I thought it would be bland, but the chicken soup is particularly fragrant. In addition to a whole young chicken, there's also slightly sweet glutinous rice, red dates, and chestnuts inside. It's so good that you can't stop drinking it. 4️⃣ Blood Sausage Soup with Rice (Soondae Guk): This one is indeed quite flavorless 😅... The pork offal is a bit fishy, but the blood sausage is very tasty. It's recommended to order just the blood sausage or a mixed plate. 📍 Tosokchon Restaurant NYC 14 E 33rd St 1FL A, New York, NY 10016 #New York#Tosokchon Restaurant NYC#food diary
