New York Korean Restaurant: Anto Korean Steak House
My favorite high-end Korean restaurant in Manhattan, Anto, has launched an Omakase tasting menu, and I immediately came to check it out! The quality of Anto is really consistent. The tasting menu is $195 per person, with a total of ten exquisite and creative dishes, full of sincerity! Especially the aged roast duck is out of this world 👏 Their Wine Pairing is also excellent, with each dish and wine pairing showing great care 💯 ❤️ SEAFOOD LEEK PANCAKE: A very creative seafood and leek pancake, with baby octopus paired with leek sauce and pancake for a great texture. ❤️ STEAMED MANDU: Wagyu mandu, sprinkled with plenty of black truffle, paired with Korean Makgeolli, it's so fragrant! ❤️ ROASTED POTATO PANCAKE: Roasted potato chunks with cheddar cheese and pine nuts. ❤️ CARABINERO SHRIMP: I love the red prawns! They have a bouncy texture with full marks! Paired with Korean tomato and red pepper sauce and rhubarb. ❤️ SEAWEED SOUP: Today's Top 3! The ingredients are so abundant, full of abalone and Hokkaido sea urchin, very fresh and delicious. ❤️ AGED DUCK: Today's top 1! The duck meat, aged for ten days, is very fragrant after roasting 💯 The color is enticing, with crispy duck skin and tender meat. #NewYorkFood #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExplorer #ManhattanNYCFood #KoreanFoodNYC #NewYorkBBQ #KoreanBBQ #KoreanRestaurantNYC
