New York Korean Restaurant: Wangbi
I heard that my favorite Antoya has opened a new Korean Fine Dining on the second floor, so of course, I had to come and check it out 😍 I visited on a Friday night and it was truly a delightful experience! with seven courses for $125, and each dish was delicious! Especially the sea urchin rice and the grilled meat part, it's really a full mark 💯 It's so worth it, I'm already planning my second visit!! The head chef here is the former chef of JUA, and each dish is thoughtfully crafted, truly the best Korean Fine Dining I've had recently 👏👏 ❤️ Sea Urchin Rice + Signature Galbi Grill: My favorite of the night! The sea urchin rice is first mixed with a lot of sea urchin, then topped with a full layer of sea urchin, it's so delicious that it made me cry. Sea urchin lovers, rush here! In addition, this dish also comes with Antoya's signature Galbi grilled meat and a very generous serving of beef and bean sauce soup, it's super satisfying. ❤️ Beef Rib with Caviar: The short rib grilled by the chef is just right in terms of heat, and the texture is superb! Paired with caviar and truffle salt, it's incredibly delicious! ❤️ Beef Bone Marrow Noodle Soup: The noodle slices made on the spot are served with a very rich beef marrow soup, perfect for autumn and winter~ ❤️ Black Truffle Raw Beef: The beef has a very tender texture, and with a generous amount of black truffle, it's so fragrant! #100RestaurantExplorationPlan #NewYork #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFun #KoreanCuisine #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExplorer #ManhattanNYCFood
