๐ Midtown Manhattan ๐ฝ ๐The seasoning is classic and well-balanced, and the portions are generous in this elegant restaurant. ๐ฝ๏ธ For the appetizers, I had oysters, sea urchin, and steamed flounder. For the main course, I chose the Roasted Rack of Lamb and Pan-Roasted Dover Sole. The fish was incredibly fresh and tender, a real treat for seafood lovers! ๐ ๐ There was a small incident: I bit into a fish bone while eating the main course. After I mentioned it to the waiter, they immediately removed the dish and brought out a new one, with different plating and cooking levels.
