New York LIC | Michelin Star Chef 🌟 New Japanese ramen restaurant

The executive chef of Kanoyama—a Michelin-starred omakase in New York—has opened a noodle & wine bar in LIC! As a die-hard Kanoyama fan, I immediately rushed over to try it! 🥳 Even though it’s labeled as a ramen shop, it feels more like a cozy Japanese casual dining spot~ 🌟 Char Siu Shoyu Ramen There are only two ramen options: char siu and vegetarian, but this one is pretty good! The broth is flavorful, and the noodles are perfectly chewy—just the right texture. 🌟 Omelette Rice Tangy tomato fried rice wrapped in a soft, fluffy omelette—total comfort food! 😋 🌟 Hamburger Steak The beef patty is so tender! Pair it with rice and lettuce, and it’s super authentically Japanese. There are also fries on the side, and they’re fried to a crispy perfection. 🌟 Matcha Pancakes The pancakes themselves are plain, but they come with matcha sauce drizzled on top—which is a nice touch. 🌟 Rose Matcha Latte The latte art topped with rose petals 🌹 is stunning—so photo-worthy! All their drinks are super creative and visually appealing—total eye-catchers! We also ordered the 【Orange Coffee】—such a unique combination 🍊! It’s light and refreshing, perfect for summer. The 【Mocha Coffee】 has extra chocolate syrup—sweet and rich. ⛳️ Vert Frais 43-10 Crescent St, Queens, NY 11101 【Hours】 Weekends: 11am-10pm (Closed on Mondays) Tue-Fri: 12pm-4pm, 5:30pm-10pm 【Overall Review】 The menu selection is still a bit limited for now, and the food is generally solid but not groundbreaking. However, the drinks are amazing! It’s perfect for a girls’ afternoon tea hangout~ 💸 Foodie Wallet Hit ➖ $25-35/person #NewYork #NYC #NYCFoodGuide #NYCFood #QueensNYCFood #LICFood #NYCJapaneseCasual #NYCAfternoonTea #NYCRamen
