How did a restaurant that made me vomit and have diarrhea get a Michelin star? 🤢 🍃 On Friday, I had some business in Brooklyn and made a reservation at Wenwen, which I found on the Michelin Guide. I heard it was very popular and hard to get a table. I came here full of hope, but I didn't even have lunch. After eating, my friend and I both couldn't help but sneer on the subway. 🌸How could such a 🗑️ restaurant be on the Michelin Guide? Did the editors even eat here? I really felt like giving it a one-star review on Google. I even vomited and had diarrhea when I got home. Here's today's menu⬇️ 1️⃣ Satay Honey Salt and Pepper Chicken (First, I've never seen such a big salt and pepper chicken. Second, I've never seen such an odd combination of satay and honey sauce... It's so sweet it feels like eating pure honey syrup... 2️⃣ Northeast Wife Salad (I know it's a Taiwanese restaurant, right? And it's almost all onions and cabbage stems... They deliberately added a lot of salt, vinegar, and chili to pretend to be flavorful, but there's no balance at all. #Tonight's Dinner #New York #New York Life 🌟
