1️⃣ Spicy Double Pepper Fish Collar is a must-order! It's rare to find this dish in New York, the texture is crispy and elastic without any fishy taste, and the spicy flavor is very appetizing! 2️⃣ Zigong Stir-Fried Duck, even with a request for less spice, was still quite hot. Initially, the duck meat tasted a bit bland, but it became more flavorful as I continued eating (I personally think it would be better if the sauce was cooked down more). 3️⃣ The Frog in Love with Pork Intestines is prepared like spicy chicken, with tender bullfrog and well-fried, dry pork intestines. 4️⃣ I love the Preserved Pork Braised Rice, the cured pork inside is not too salty and incredibly fragrant!! The potato chunks and green beans are also crispy and aromatic. 5️⃣ The Potato Chips and Blueberry Snow Mountain taste just as you'd expect. 6️⃣ The White Rabbit Milk Tea I wanted to try was not available, but the Jasmine Milk Tea with Ice Cream was super delicious!!
