New York Manhattan (2)๐
๐ถ๏ธ The Spicy Fish Head is one of the best I've had in Manhattan! It even outshines some Hunan restaurants. The fish head is huge, with plenty of collagen-rich parts that us fish head lovers know and cherish!! This dish takes a bit longer to prepare, but it's definitely worth the wait. ๐ ๐ฆ For dim sum, I usually go for the crab roe soup dumplings. When eaten hot, they're bursting with flavorful juice. The scallion shrimp noodles are also quite fragrant, with big dried shrimp pieces, though they come with thick noodles. ๐ฆ ๐ฅฆ I've tried almost all the vegetable dishes. Both the fermented tofu hollow cabbage and the mung bean sprouts in soup are delicious, with flavors that are hard to replicate at home. ๐ฒ ๐ฎ Other dishes I've tried and enjoyed include the Sanhuang chicken, sliced beef with chili peppers, mallow leaves, and crab roe tofu. Personally, I think the pickled fish is just okay and can be skipped. ๐ Oh, and I feel like this place doesn't use pre-made meals because sometimes when I want something lighter, I can ask for less salt or oil, and sometimes I go with the regular version. The kitchen can adjust according to my needs, unlike some places that say it's fixed and can't be changed. ๐ณ Alright, that's it for today's share. If I've made you hungry, remember to check it out!
