β€” Dessert! Especially the Banana Pudding!! I’ve been to this Japanese ramen place before and tried all sorts of noodles – soup-based, dipping, and mixed – but I couldn’t quite get why it’s so legendary... 🍜 The signature Chicken Wings appetizer was pretty tasty though. πŸ— Another time, I went for their famous Snowflake Shaved Ice dessert. We had the matcha flavor, which was really good, and the mango one next door looked super tempting too. πŸƒ On my next visit, I tried their hand-rolled sushi rice balls. The Unagi (eel) one was amazing! The Ume (plum) one was also great for cutting through the richness. 🍣 But the one that truly stole my heart was the Tokyo Banana – a hidden gem of a dessert I had missed out on before! I’d call it a less sweet version of Magnolia Bakery’s banana pudding (which I also love). The caramel topping on the banana was a highlight. 🍌 I mostly go to the one on 36th Street in Manhattan, which has a nice atmosphere and good service, and the prices are quite reasonable. πŸŒ‡ #NewYorkExploration #NewYorkFoodie πŸ”πŸŒŸ
