New York Michelin-Recommended Chinese Cuisine | Jiang nan 🌟

Last night, I dined at Jiangnan in Chinatown. This place is truly my go-to Chinese restaurant in New York. 🍃 When I lived at OMS, I used to visit with friends or order takeout from here all the time. You can order anything from the menu, and it’s always a hit—no misses! Plus, it’s been Michelin-recommended for several years in a row. For appetizers, we ordered the spicy beef tongue. Thinly sliced and full of flavor, it was a great way to start the meal. 🍖 🎢 For the main course, we went with their signature roast duck 🦆. The skin was crispy, the meat was tender, and the pancakes were thin and delicious. 🌸The smoked wooden box pork (I forgot the exact name) was incredibly fragrant. The pork was surprisingly tender, and the smoky flavor was unique and delightful. Highly recommended! 🍖 We also had their fish maw chicken soup 🐔. The broth was rich and flavorful, perfect for warming up on a chilly night. 🌊 Their hand-torn cabbage 🥬 was authentic and delicious, with a touch of pork belly. Even the Sichuan and Hunan locals dining with us last night approved! Finally, their Sichuan peppercorn boiled fish 🐟 was amazing. The fish was incredibly tender, and I loved this dish. It’s both filling and delicious—highly recommended! 😋 Address: 103 Bowery, New York, NY 10002 🌸 You can also order from them on food delivery apps! #NewYork
