The saltiness of the caviar doesn't overpower but instead enhances the sweetness of the sea urchin. π¦ β Scallops - The outer layer with kale was not to my liking; the flavor was a bit odd, and the presentation was somewhat quirky. π π Lobster - The lobster is crisp and sweet, with a rich and full-bodied lobster bisque on the side. π¦ π Black Bass - The skin is perfectly crispy and golden, while the inside is tender and juicy. The cooking is spot-on. π π Duck - As you can see from the picture, the duck is very juicy and tender. The texture is not dry, and the meat is finely textured without any stringy sensation.
