As 2025 draws to a close, I wanted to reflect on the Michelin-starred restaurants I visited in New York since August. It’s been an incredible culinary journey! 🌟 Atera ⭐️⭐️ For my boyfriend’s birthday, we chose Atera, and it was an unforgettable experience. The sea urchin custard was a revelation—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The dessert shaped like a lemon was a delightful surprise, with a tangy sweetness that was the perfect ending to our meal. The ambiance was incredibly inviting and memorable, making the evening even more special. 🍣 Le Bernardin ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Le Bernardin truly lives up to its three-star reputation. The appetizers were exceptional, especially the lobster and tuna, which were even better than the main courses. The flavors were intricate and refined, showcasing the chef’s mastery. It’s a place where you can really indulge in meat, making it a hearty meal that will satisfy even the hungriest of appetites.
