New York Michelin Two-Star Atomix in May: A Disastrous Experience 💣
I was so excited to get a reservation, but this was such a letdown. 🌟Every dish in May had its flaws, and I’ve noted them all in the photos. These are purely my personal opinions!!!! I’ve dined at so many amazing Michelin and top-rated restaurants across the U.S., but this time, I was genuinely shocked. 🍃🌸It was bad from start to finish!!!! The only redeeming dish was the last dessert; everything else made me angrier with each bite.😤 After finishing each course, I kept telling myself, “It’ll get better,” but it just didn’t. The least creative part was using the same white radish base for two different dishes. 🍃🌸 The sea cucumber was mushy, the sauce was bland, and the accompanying rice was just terrible. One dish was essentially a Korean-style beef and bean sprout spring roll. It was so unimpressive and, worst of all, not tasty. The fish dish had a really mismatched sauce that was just off. I even saw a girl across from me take one bite and then hand her plate to her boyfriend, unable to finish it! The final main course included a wagyu dish that I didn’t even bother to photograph—I just wanted to leave. It was incredibly average. 🍃🌸 This was hands down the worst Michelin experience I’ve ever had, and it’s a two-star restaurant! 🌟 Overall, I’m super, super disappointed.👋 #DailyPlog 📝 #NotebookInspiration 🌟
