New York Michelin YūGIN 🍣
🌸This restaurant truly stands out in so many remarkable ways. For instance, instead of the typical ground-floor location for a traditional Japanese eatery, YūGIN is situated in a high-rise in Manhattan. 🏙️The soup there left a particularly strong impression on me—I had two bowls! Maybe I’m just a bit of a soup enthusiast. The dining atmosphere is incredibly relaxed. The Chinese chef is exceptionally astute, with a keen understanding of social nuances—he seems to see right through everything. 🌊 Since he’s a former apprentice of Masa, the no-phone-photos tradition is upheld here as well. But overall, it’s a great experience and very satisfying. 🍃Summary: Indeed, both people and the choices they make need to keep evolving... (Encouragement) 🎢 #NewYork 🗽
