New York Michelin 🌟

Sushi AMANE | New York's Hottest Chef ▪️ Restaurant 🌊 I first heard about this place not because of the food, but because the chef is rumored to be incredibly good-looking—New York’s hottest chef! Meeting him in person, he seemed quite shy. His knife skills are impressive, but when it comes to looks... I have to say, I think Chef Noda is even more handsome! 😄 Chef Shiin is a former apprentice of the world-renowned three-Michelin-starred Sushi Saito. The restaurant quickly earned its star after opening, and the food definitely lives up to the hype. 👍 ▪️ Food The flavors are authentic and the ingredients are fresh and carefully sourced, with many flown in directly from Japan. Besides Masa, Sushi AMANE is one of the few places that go to such lengths. The 18-course menu includes highlights like hairy crab and sea urchin, both of which were my favorites today. 🍣 🎢 ▪️ Reservations You need to call ahead or book through Resy. There are no tables—just about eight counter seats, and they only serve one batch of guests each night. The location is a bit tricky to find, so it’s best to confirm the exact address in advance. 📞 🍃 ▪️ Price Around $300 per person (including tax and tip). 📍 Address 245 E 44th St, New York, NY 10017 🍃 #NewYork 🌆
