New York Midtown Brunch at Little Collins

📍708 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10017 🌃No reservations are accepted here; it’s walk-in only. When we arrived at 10:30 a.m. on a Friday, we were seated at the very last table. By the time we finished and came out, there was already a long queue. 🌟 I highly recommend this place! 🌟The Buttermilk pancakes have a fluffy texture, and the slight caramelization on the surface is a delightful surprise. The biggest praise for this dessert is that it’s not overly sweet😭Yummy! Yummy! 🌟The Shakshuka features steaming, runny eggs, and the sauce is perfect for dipping with naan, which adds a nice chewiness. 🌟The French toast has an amazing texture—soft, moist, and with just the right amount of sweetness. No wonder it’s the top 1 dish! The must-try French toast seems to be seasonal. The much-recommended Crème Brûlée French Toast was already gone, so I ordered the Pina Colada one, which was also delicious!
