🌟 The signature dish is the Dream of Box, a nine-grid sampler that lets you enjoy a variety of delicacies like sashimi, eel, omelettes, and caviar. It’s incredibly authentic and, for some reason, super fragrant! 🍣 🌟 I ordered the regular version of the sashimi (the other options sounded pricey, so I skipped them). I still don’t know what the waiter said was in that bowl, but I do know that the white fish on the left side was amazing! 🍣 🌟 Sake, haha! I found that warm sake is easier to drink—it’s less harsh going down compared to cold sake (this is from someone who can’t really drink but wanted to try). 🍶 🌟 I also ordered fried shrimp tempura, but since it was the first dish, it was gone before I could take a photo.
