New York Nurlan Uyghur Restaurant π
The cumin lamb was moist and flavorful. It would have been perfect if it had been stir-fried a bit drier. Iβm not sure what the authentic texture should be like, but it was definitely delicious and went great with rice! π πThe beef brisket with radish was served last. By that point, the six of us were already pretty full from the previous dishes. I just took a small bite, but the meat was well-marbled and tender, and even the carrots were deliciousβI usually donβt eat carrots! π₯ The details were impressive too. The plates had a rich cultural flair, and the skewers for the kebabs had intricate designs. π As I type this, I can almost smell the food, and my mouth is watering just thinking about it... π This place is already amazing. Eating large portions of meat, naan, and milk tea is truly satisfying! π I highly recommend going with a group since the portions are incredibly generous. I hope to travel to Xinjiang someday and try even more authentic dishes! π Nurlan Uyghur Restaurant 43-39 Main St, Queens, NY 11355 #NewYorkTravel #NewYorkLife ππ
