New York Olle Fort Lee Pyeonghwa-dong 🌟

A brand-new gem in Manhattan, Olle Fort Lee Pyeonghwa-dong has quickly become a must-visit spot. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a chic and cozy ambiance that feels like a breath of fresh air 🌿. The food is meticulously crafted, with every dish looking almost too good to eat — but of course, you have to! 🍽️ With such quality, it’s no surprise that the prices are on the higher side, but trust me, it’s worth every penny. Naengmyeon (Cold Noodles) 🍜: This dish got a glowing review from a lovely Korean-Chinese waitress, and I have to say, she was spot on. Even my friend, who’s from the north and usually not a fan of cold noodles, couldn’t resist sneaking a few extra bites. It’s incredibly refreshing, with a perfect balance of flavors that make you want to keep sipping it all day. 🌺 Bibimbap (Stone Pot Mixed Rice) 🍱: I’ve had my fair share of bibimbap over the years, but this one takes the cake. It’s hands-down the best I’ve ever tasted! The stone pot keeps everything piping hot, and the mix of fresh veggies, tender beef, and that perfect dollop of spicy gochujang is just heavenly. A solid 100/100! 💯 Bossam (Boiled Pork Belly) 🐷: The portion is a bit on the smaller side, but quality over quantity, right? The pork is tender and flavorful, and the side dishes that come with it are just as delightful. It’s a perfect appetizer to start your meal. 🥢 Galbi (Grilled Short Ribs) 🍖: The galbi here is fantastic! The meat is succulent and falls off the bone, with just the right amount of smoky flavor from the grill. It’s a must-order if you’re a meat lover. 🌟 Oh, and I almost forgot — they also have a weekend lunch set menu! I’m already planning my next visit to give it a try. Can’t wait to see what other delicious surprises they have in store. 🥩 #NewYork 🗽 #NYCFoodie #KoreanCuisine 🍜
